An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join an excellent large business based in Birmingham to support the MD! This is a full time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working offering between 35-45k a year!

The responsibilities for this role would include providing support to the Managing Director whilst working amongst other PA’s which would include:-Diary management to ensure the directors time is maximised - Ensuring travel and accommodation are provided and coordinated - Organising and managing aspects of project meetings by providing the agenda, action points and progress updates as well as ensuring documentation is provided when needed- Arranging meetings, events and providing event management support when necessary for meetings and conferences - Occasionally undertake assignments when needed including presentations- Handle calls and queries when necessary, as well as submitting expense claims/reports - Working collaboratively with other members of the teams across the business to provide support when needed- Managing and approving holiday request for the team, ensuring cover is maintained The candidate will need to be resilient, professional and switched on and would have experience working at a Board Level.It is essential that the candidate has an do attitude is essential and a ability to go above and beyond when needed to assist the directors!
