Job description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Legal Counsel (Solihull), Solihull

This role is with a progressive, dynamic, and growing firm with an outstanding reputation. We are looking for a Legal PA to support the in-house Legal Counsel team. The role involves a variety of busy and important tasks, including:

  1. Producing and amending legal documents, creating precedents, and using templates.
  2. Leading document execution, collation, and filing of electronic and paper documents.
  3. Writing meeting minutes and assisting with Board and Committee meeting packs.
  4. Completing Companies House forms (for approval) and electronic filing.
  5. Preparing replies to internal and external correspondence for approval.
  6. Participating in regular meetings with the legal team to discuss actions, priorities, and planning.
  7. Proactively managing the legal team's diary, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel and venues, and preparing board packs and papers.
  8. Supporting expense claims.
  9. Managing conflicting demands with initiative.
  10. Liaising with investment and finance teams.

Applicants must have solid previous Legal PA experience, ideally within a corporate environment.
