Base pay range

We are currently looking for a skilled and confident Executive Assistant to Executive Directors to support the Director of Development and Director of Estates. As a vital member of the Executive Office team, you will play an integral part in enabling the smooth running of both departments while contributing to the wider organisational mission.

This is a dynamic and high-responsibility role involving complex diary and meeting management, cross-departmental coordination, and support for board preparations. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation and with external partners, bringing professionalism, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with calm and confidence in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and prepare daily briefing packs to keep both directors informed and on track.
  • Provide high-level administrative and project support across the Development and Estates departments.
  • Lead on travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processes with efficiency and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and board papers in collaboration with the Executive Office team.
  • Support the planning and delivery of key events, including managing RSVPs, suppliers, and on-the-day logistics.
