Job Description
- Manage the director's diary, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled.
- Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for key meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the director in managing correspondence, including drafting emails and letters.
- Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points as required.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA to a Director should have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
