Job description

EA to Ambitious CEO | Fast-Paced, High-Impact Role | London

This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-achieving, confident, and decisive Executive Assistant to work side-by-side with the CEO of a fast-growing media company. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership, and wants to be at the heart of a high-performance environment.

You’re not just here to support — you’re here to drive. You’ll act as a force multiplier to a highly analytical CEO, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks while keeping pace with a business that never stands still. If you're motivated by results, quick wins, and having tangible impact — read on.

What You’ll Own:

  • End-to-end executive support including full calendar, inbox, and travel management — you’re the gatekeeper and the enabler.
  • Leading coordination of key board meetings, engaging with senior stakeholders and investors with confidence and authority.
  • Owning office operations for a growing London team (c. 40 people), including planning events, some HR ops and rolling out initiatives that get things done.
  • Acting as a right hand to the leadership team – jumping in where needed, fixing what’s broken, and improving what isn’t.
  • Mentoring and managing other support staff — you're already a natural leader.

You Bring:

  • 5+ years supporting C-suite or Founders in fast-growth, high-intensity environments — ideally in media, tech, consultancy or similar.
  • A no-nonsense, proactive style — you’re direct, solutions-focused, and people listen when you speak.
  • A proven track record of juggling priorities with speed and precision — nothing gets past you.
  • Experience running cross-company projects and building admin systems that raise the bar.
  • Ideally, a degree or equivalent — but demonstrable capability and drive matter more.

Why This Role? You’ll be in the room where things happen — with a CEO who questions rigorously and expects excellence, but brings energy, vision and a touch of playfulness. If you’re bold, commercially sharp, and thrive in a high-performance culture — this is your next big move.
