This role is pivotal to the firm, demanding a trusted EA who can work closely with the leadership team. You will have high emotional intelligence, be resourceful and discreet with exceptional attention to detail. You will be liaising with global board members, investors and stakeholders, and you will be someone that likes to provide input and suggestions. This is a chance to make a real impact alongside a CEO who values collaboration, precision, and someone who enjoys being part of a high achieving and highly dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the CEO is fully resourced ahead of all his key engagements.
  • Supporting the senior leadership team in order for them to meet the demands of their wider roles.

Who You Are

  • You’ve supported a C-suite executive, ideally in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • You naturally intuitive, energetic and can work at pace under pressure.
  • A natural multi-tasker, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • You understand board governance, investor relations, and the importance of diplomacy.
  • You thrive in a nimble, high-performance team – sleeves rolled up, zero ego.
  • A graduate and or medical background is a bonus but it’s not essential.
  • You have proven global travel and scheduling experience, with the ability to navigate frequent changes and time zones smoothly.

Why This Role?

  • Work directly with a visionary CEO and a stable and committed leadership team.
  • Be pivotal in joining high-impact conversations and coming up with ideas and making decisions. You can make this role as big you you want it to be.

This is more than an EA role – it’s a partnership. If you operate at the highest level and are looking to be part of this high-growth business, this would be a dream role.
