Job description

Executive Assistant to CEO & Design Director
West London
Onsite 5 days per week
£45K - £55K Dependant on experience

We are working with a small fashion brand with big dreams — and we’re looking for a superstar Executive Assistantto help them run the show. If you're super organised, cool under pressure, and love keeping things (and people) on track, then this might just be your dream role.

You’ll be the right hand to the CEO and Design Director — keeping their schedules running like clockwork, handling the details behind the scenes, and making sure everything from travel to meetings to inboxes is smooth, stylish, and stress-free.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Owning the calendars — scheduling meetings, juggling priorities, and preventing double-booking disasters
  • Filtering and managing emails (you’re the inbox gatekeeper)
  • Being the go-to contact between the CEO and the outside world — from internal teams to top-tier partners
  • Coordinating complex (but glamorous) travel — think multi-stop international itineraries, time zones, and visas
  • Planning key meetings and events — big ideas and great snacks encouraged
  • Booking all the things — from flights and hotels to dinner tables and couriers
  • Chasing signatures, tracking invoices, and managing expenses like a pro
  • Keeping our (very aesthetic) office running like a well-oiled machine
  • Supporting with whatever’s needed to keep our leadership team focused and fabulous

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are:
  • Obsessively organisedwith an eye for detail and a love of colour-coded calendars
  • A confident communicator— whether you’re emailing the C-suite or addressing the team at the company meeting
  • Naturally proactive — you don’twait to be told what needs doing
  • Cool-headed, quick-thinking, and great under pressure
  • Warm, empathetic, and full of good vibes
  • A multitasking whiz who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Super discreet — you can be trusted with the big stuff (and the gossip )
  • A team player who’s always up for pitching in
The right person for this role will have come from a small creative company, fashion would be beneficial, but we are open to any creative organisation. Personality is KEY! And this will come down to connection and vibe. The role is 5 days a week onsite 10am - 6pm based in West London.
