Location: Mayfair

Pay rate: £25-£30 per hour plus holiday accrual

Contract: Temporary, 12 weeks

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant? Do you have a passion for the film industry?

This company is a leading creative agency, with a focus on film and media. Our client is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to their CEO during an exciting project. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain on-site experience in the industry!

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating complex travel itineraries, including booking flights, taxis and accommodation.
  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule and ensure they are prepared for meetings.
  • Communicate with other teams and arrange meetings to provide relevant updates.
  • Overseeing the creation of documents, including their formatting, printing, binding and distribution.
  • Processing personal expenses for the CEO.
  • Assist the administration team with any required filing and processing of documentation.
  • Attend meetings and take notes.

Key Skills

  • A calm demeanour, with the ability to operate well under time constraints.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
