Overview

C&C Search is recruiting an Executive Assistant for a dynamic and fast-paced creative agency. This role offers hybrid working and exceptional benefits.

Position: Executive Assistant – supporting the CEO and working closely with the COO and Office Manager within a growing operations team.

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hybrid setup: 2 days a week in the office

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, documents, and daily communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Coordinate complex calendars and meetings across time zones
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Support project tracking, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Assist with bookkeeping, payroll support, and office operations
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and partners
  • Contribute to cultural initiatives and company events
What background and experience are they looking for
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a professional yet approachable style
  • High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with tools such as Xero, Notion, Slack, GSuite, and HiBob is desirable
