Executive Assistant to the CEO
£28,392 plus location allowance of £1,750 and excellent benefits
Based in Hanslope Park, Milton Keynes with frequent travel to London and the flexibility of hybrid working depending on business need.
Free shuttle bus available between central Milton Keynes and Hanslope Park

You will support our global mission by managing the CEO’s time and diary, organizing appointments, preparing agendas, collating briefings, and coordinating UK travel logistics. You will also handle emails, take minutes for boards and committees, arrange VIP visits, and may accompany the CEO on overseas visits.

Use your communication, planning, and organizing skills. You’ll be a superb communicator with experience in a similar role, possess excellent time and project management skills, and have attention to detail. Good judgment, tact, diplomacy, and discretion are essential. You should be self-assured, positive, calm under pressure, and capable of meeting tight deadlines while working at pace. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
