Job description

Be the strategic right hand to a high-growth firm’s dynamic CEO. This is more than just a support role—it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your coordination and intuition will drive momentum at the top of the organization.

  • Hybrid schedule: in-office when CEO is in town (2–3 weeks/month), remote otherwise

Compensation: $80K+ DOE

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Act as the logistical and strategic partner to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Support cross-functional projects and executive initiative
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep high-priority items on trac
  • Assist with advisor/client travel and meeting prep for the Executive Director
  • Step in when needed for occasional travel with the CEO

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial business settings
  • Ability to pivot quickly and operate independently with limited oversight
  • High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and travel/expense platforms like Concur
  • Comfort in high-stakes, client-facing environments
  • Strategic mindset with forward-thinking anticipation of executive needs
