Executive Assistant to C-Suite

£55,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Remote (with monthly travel to Cambridge)



Our client, an exciting and evolving company, are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their Executive Leadership team (ELT). They have a commitment to building a world class product, underpinned by ground-breaking innovation and work with a diverse team of talented and supportive individuals.

This role will be working remotely, but will have the requirement to attend monthly meetings at our Cambridge office when required.



What we’re looking for:

This is a busy and varied role, where you will be juggling competing priorities whilst providing a first-class level of support to our executive leadership team. You will be using your outstanding IT skills to stay one step ahead in compiling reports, extensive diary and travel management and event coordination. Being able to think on your feet and adapt to last minute changes is a key part of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Diary and inbox management and meeting scheduling
  • Develop a solid understanding of the company and be able to credibly interact with stakeholders inside and outside of the company sometimes as the lead contact person
  • Co-ordinate meetings, VIP visits, events and off-sites
  • Produce company documentation including PowerPoint presentations, minutes and action lists
  • Collate and produce reports
  • Act as a gatekeeper to the ELT
  • Manage complex international travel
Who you are:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Google etc
  • Proven ability to work in fast paced reactive environments managing last minute changes and priorities and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Top level organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pick things up quickly
