Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the National Director, Tenant Advisory Group – Logistics & Industrial, as well as administrative assistance to the broader national team. This is a pivotal role that offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of Australia’s leading real estate advisory groups.

Based either in Melbourne or Sydney, this full-time position will see you support senior leadership in the delivery of advisory and transactional services to a diverse portfolio of local and global clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to service excellence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of the National Director’s calendar, email correspondence, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Coordination of team meetings, video conferences, and external stakeholder engagements
  • Preparation of high-quality presentations, reports, proposals, and legal documentation
  • Support for client campaigns, including marketing collateral, vendor reports, enquiry registers, and legal coordination
  • Maintenance of LinkedIn profiles and professional branding for the team
  • Expense reconciliation and administrative reporting
  • Event planning and coordination, including liaison with internal marketing and front-of-house teams
  • Data and analytics support, as well as research and document production across team projects
  • Development and maintenance of effective internal and external stakeholder relationships

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior executive assistant or high-level administrative role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe InDesign
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in document presentation, office coordination, and team support functions
