Triodos UK is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO's office at their Bristol headquarters. The role involves managing schedules, travel arrangements, and assisting with administrative tasks for the Senior Management Team. We are delighted to be recruiting a temporary Executive Assistant position in our CEO office to join us at our Bristol Head Office.
This temporary assignment is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and starts asap until end of August. This opportunity offers the benefits of hybrid working, typically this will require you to work from the Bristol office for a minimum of 2 days per week, with a choice of working home or the office on the other days (following an initial training and induction period). Some flexibility will be needed when required to meet business needs, for example supporting foundation events or board meetings.
In this varied, engaging, and key role, you will provide support to four of the Triodos Bank UK (TBUK) Senior Management Team (SMT) to allow them to carry out their own activities effectively and efficiently by assisting in administration, scheduling/planning internal meetings, external diary management, travel bookings and expense management.
In addition, this role will support the Foundation event space located on the lower ground floor of the Bristol Office.

What we Are looking for:
You will have previous experience of working in a secretarial or personal assistant role working for multiple senior managers. You will have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence and communicate with people at all levels.
You will be able to manage different potentially conflicting stakeholder priorities and a diverse range of tasks whilst paying close attention to detail. There are strict deadlines in this role so being able to react flexibly to changes and to deal positively with pressure are essential.
The ability to work on your own initiative and being able to deal with sensitive information at a high level of confidentiality, is needed for this role.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are needed as you be creating presentations and updating monthly reports among other tasks.
