Executive Assistant (Temp) - £12 per hour - Glasgow

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a "can-do" attitude? We're looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to join a leading global financial services firm in Glasgow, supporting their Technology Division.

The Role

You'll provide high-level administrative support to senior stakeholders within the Glasgow Technology team. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations across meetings, travel, events, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior stakeholders.
  • Handle expenses and itineraries in line with company policies.
  • Support project activities, including event coordination and logistics.
  • Assist with onboarding new starters and maintaining team documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for queries across the Glasgow Technology division.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, professional team culture.
About You

Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using Teams or Zoom.

Confident communicator with excellent organisation and time management skills.

The Details

Location: Central Glasgow

Rate: £12 per hour (PAYE)
