Executive Assistant

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: South West London (3-4 days per week onsite)

About the Role:
Our client, a scaling tech firm, are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support their MD and senior leadership team. This fast-paced role will involve managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, preparing reports, and assisting with ad hoc projects.

Previous experience supporting executive teams in a fast-moving environment is essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, draft responses, and filter communications
  • Coordinate internal/external meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Organise files, materials, and ensure smooth meeting preparation
  • Assist with projects and executive-level events
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Key requirements:

  • Executive Assistant experience within a start-up, scale up or VC backed firm, ideally within tech.
  • Experience working with company founders is crucial.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and commercially minded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
