We're seeking a tech-savvy, proactive Executive Assistant to support top-level executives in an innovative robotics start-up. The company focuses on developing advanced robots to enhance human capabilities and address labor shortages.

Your Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, arrange Zoom meetings, and provide calendar analytics.
• Offer high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO.
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Airtable, Notion).
• Assist with document preparation, contact management, and correspondence.
• Conduct data mining, compile reports, and support business intelligence efforts.
• Translate business documents (Russian fluency required).
• Support day-to-day administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as an Executive or Business Assistant supporting CEOs, business owners, or UHNW individuals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Jira, Slack, and Notion.
