Job Purpose: Ulster University seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to join our Resourcing Team. You will support the Recruitment Coordinator in delivering a high-quality, efficient recruitment service, ensuring compliance with university policies, legislation, and HR best practices. Responsibilities include implementing workforce plans, advising managers on recruitment best practice, advertising vacancies, developing recruitment documentation, managing communications with candidates, and completing pre-employment checks.
