Job description

Position: Executive Assistant
Location: London / Remote
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent
You will support the administration of the organisation through the Corporate Services department and act as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive and other members of the Senior Management Team as appropriate. You will provide administrative support to the Board of Trustee.
You will support the communications across the organisation by ensuring that Share Point and website are always updated with the latest information. You will also cover the reception duties when the Receptionist is unavailable and provide a friendly and professional service to visitors and callers. Additionally, you will be a team player who is willing to ‘muck in’ and help with the organisation and delivery of various public events, such as open days and conferences.
Some of your key early goals will include:
Setting up and maintaining a new internal HR system for all staff.
Setting up onboarding and performance tracking for new and current hires.
While day to day responsibilities may include:
Handling CEO calendar & schedule.
Preparing confidential board materials, collecting & maintaining data.
Coordinating & book international team travel arrangements.
Helping coordinate company events and conferences.
Investor & Book-keeper relations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Intelligent - strong academic results with degree level qualification.
Communicator - excellent writing skills and literacy a must.
Tech Savvy - competence with web data, spreadsheets and business applications highly important.
Organisation and Planning - evidence of capability at event or team organisation a must.
HR & Recruiting Experience - people management a big plus.
Stock Market interest - or investing experience a big plus.
