An expanding startup is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant and Project Manager to support an executive CEO. This remote role, with one day in Central London, requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex priorities. The ideal candidate boasts a proven track record in similar roles, excellent communication skills, and digital competence. Familiarity with startup environments and the wellness sector is advantageous. The position involves project management, diary management, and internal communications.
We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant and Project Manager to join an expanding startup on a contract self employed basis, combining strategic project management with high‑level executive CEO support.
This role requires a candidate able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, can work autonomously and establish robust processes, whilst supporting a growing team. This candidate will need exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage complex and competing priorities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven EA and/or Project Manager track record and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. They must be highly digitally competent across a wide variety of platforms and tools.
Experience in publishing or startup environments would be advantageous, as would familiarity with the wellness sector and bookkeeping or financial administration skills.
Contract: Approx 40 hours per week
Location: Remote + 1 day / week Central London
Hours: Full‑time – occasional flexibility required
Duties include but are not limited to:
