Job Title: Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator

Location: Central London & Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Salary: £55,000 + bonus & benefits

Our client, a leading executive search & advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to join their Advisory practice. This is an integral position that involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of projects. A client-facing, varied and fast-paced role that requires a calm, confident and seasoned EA with top-notch communication skills.

Consultancy or executive search experience would be hugely beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and project support to consultants, ensuring assignments run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organise meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for consultants and clients.
  • Produce and manage various documents, including proposals, presentations, and engagement letters.
  • Handle assignment administration, ensuring proper billing and account management.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients, providing high-level communication and support.
  • Assist in office-related responsibilities, including document proofreading and IT liaison.
Key Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Professional services experience preferred.
  • Strong project coordination and management skills with a focus on logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Discretion in handling confidential communications.
