Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide immediate, high-level support within one of the most respected names in private equity. This is a 1-month temporary assignment covering leave – perfect for a bright, focused, and experienced EA who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and can hit the ground running.

Supporting a team of Managing Directors and C-suite executives, you’ll manage complex international schedules, handle high-volume requests with precision, and act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients.

You’ll join a high-performing EA team that is collaborative, sharp, and always several steps ahead.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Complex diary and meeting coordination across global timezones
  • Seamless international travel planning, itineraries, and logistics
  • First point of contact for clients, investors, and senior internal stakeholders
  • Expense processing and general high-level admin support
  • Adding value by anticipating needs

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years’ experience as an EA, with a strong background in private equity or investment (this is a must)
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident, calm, and professional under pressure
  • Strong client-facing communication and discretion

1-month contract – potential for future opportunities.

5 days in office – 9:30 am to 5:30 pm finish.
