Executive Assistant – Private Equity

Are you a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant with a background in financial services, ideally Private Equity, to join an elite boutique firm. This is your chance to work alongside a Managing Director and their dynamic Private Equity team, supporting them at the highest level in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Based in the heart of Mayfair, this position offers a flexible hybrid working model (4 days in the office, 1 from home) along with a range of incredible benefits that make this opportunity stand out.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage the calendar for the Managing Director and their team, ensuring their time is maximised with precision.
  • Coordinate international travel plans, including itinerary creation, visas, and ensuring a flawless travel experience.
  • Process and manage expenses with a keen eye for detail.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date, ensuring smooth communication and documentation.
  • Prepare all meeting materials ahead of time, ensuring the team is always ready for success.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Provide high-level administrative support across a variety of important tasks and initiatives.
What you’ll need:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within Private Equity or a similar fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently, and stay focused on the details even under pressure.
  • A high degree of discretion, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
