Executive Assistant – Private Equity
Permanent
£55,000-£65,000

An exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to join a dynamic, forward-thinking and collaborative Private Equity team, working within an established investment firm in Mayfair. As the Executive Assistant to two extremely busy MD’s, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of their day, juggling a variety of conflicts and last minute urgent changes across the day. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, coordinate meetings, handling any administrative tasks, and provide comprehensive support to help them focus on strategic decision-making and business development.

What you’ll do;
  • Proactively manage and prioritise the MD’s' diaries
  • Organise complex international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that all necessary materials and documentation are available.
  • Extensive external stakeholder liaison
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, expenses and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of any corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Support with any projects as required
What you’ll need;
  • Strong experience as an Executive Assistant within financial services.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic and team orientated approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong emotional intelligence and work with discretion
