Are you a Legal PA looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have experience in Wills & Estates and a passion for providing excellent support to executives?

Our client, a well-known Legal 500 Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Private Clients & Wills and Estates team in their central London office.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal position within a thriving practice. You will work with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and multinational corporations, offering strategic legal support. You will also manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, including complex casework and appeals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactive diary and travel management for fee earners, clients, and third parties
  2. Managing administrative duties and maintaining file management systems
  3. Ensuring client compliance checks are completed in line with AML and risk management guidelines
  4. Preparing case documents for court, bundling, and liaising with external counsel and courts
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing events and requirements
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of supporting experience in a busy Private Clients or Wills & Estates practice
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholders
  3. Organized, detail-oriented, with a desire to grow and improve
  4. Full-time availability with access to hybrid working
