The role involves providing general support and administration within an executive office. The Administrator or Office Supervisor will be responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties, including complex and confidential assignments. Experience and exposures required include:

  • Administration & Support
  • Experience with event coordination, gala dinner logistics, meeting organization, venue review, etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Typing and proofreading formal letters, interoffice correspondence, and miscellaneous documents; composing correspondence and responses independently.
  • Answering telephones and handling requests for information at an advanced level.
  • Setting up and maintaining department records and files.
  • Arranging travel schedules and reservations.
  • Supervising and training others.
  • Monitoring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of critical business system transactions.
  • Coordinating meetings and office communications.
  • Scheduling conference rooms, audio/visual equipment, and other materials as requested.
