Boutique Hedgefund has a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the dual functionality of EA and Office management. This is a hands-on role based in beautiful offices in the W-end.

In a high energy and collaborative environment, we are looking for someone to support an investment team and manage the office day-to-day (small office circa 35 staff). This role is a maternity cover for 1 year (FTC).

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy and is seeking the next step in their career. The role involves supporting a Principal and the wider team, as well as managing office operations in a managed building.

  • Support a team with travel arrangements and diary management across different time zones.
  • Handle last-minute travel changes and adjustments promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and catering arrangements.
  • Process expenses in a timely manner.
  • Collate office expenses monthly.
  • Assist with new starter onboarding.
  • Help resolve IT issues and liaise with our IT service provider.
  • Organize day-to-day office operations and liaise with service providers.
  • Ensure the office complies with regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Work closely with the administration team to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Cover reception duties as required.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and events.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Skills & Experience:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as an office manager, team assistant, receptionist, or in a similar support role within asset management or financial services is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and follow up effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
