Position:Executive Assistant/Office Manager – supporting two senior Directors, with wider office management and team support responsibilities in a small, collaborative firm.
Salary:£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant/Office Manager position:
- Extensive diary and meeting management
- Full travel coordination (domestic and international)
- Board paper preparation and distribution
- Front-of-house duties, meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Preparing expense claims and support with reporting
- HR coordination including onboarding, benefits, and employee records
- Supporting internal and external events
- Office and supplier management, including IT support coordination
- Supporting marketing and branding activities
- Ad hoc private support to two Directors
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience in an EA/ Office Manager role, ideally within a fast-paced professional services or investment environment
- Confident managing multiple diaries and coordinating logistics with precision
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Professional, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
- Proactive, adaptable, and always one step ahead
- Comfortable working in a small team and taking initiative across all areas of the business
