Job description

C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant & Office Manager for a dynamic energy company. This is an office-based role in West London, with plans to relocate to the West End in the coming months.

About the role and company

Position: Executive Assistant & Office Manager – supporting the CEO and C-Suite team in a fast-growing energy company

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid setup: Office-based role (currently West London, relocating to West End of London)

Company size: Approximately 35 employees in high growth mode

Key responsibilities
  • Provide full EA support to the CEO and C-Suite (diary management, travel arrangements, event planning, board preparation)
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
  • Coordinate office suppliers, manage budgets, and onboard new staff
  • Organise internal and external events and meetings, including Board sessions
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and team support
  • Oversee IT and liaise with third-party providers
  • Manage health & safety compliance in the office
  • Drive improvements to administrative systems and workflows
Candidate background and experience
  • Previous EA/Office Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, highly organised, and confident communicator
  • Excellent MS Office and administrative/technical skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Fluent in English (European language skills are a bonus)
  • Passionate about being part of a purpose-driven team
