About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and FD. You'll be the right hand to our leadership team, juggling schedules, streamlining communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and expenses

• Serve as gatekeeper and liaison with talent, agents, studios, and key partners

• Prepare agendas, call sheets, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items

• Coordinate production timelines, schedules, and deliverables with internal and external teams

• Assist in the development of pitch decks, presentations, and creative materials

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

• Help organize premieres, festivals, and other high-profile industry events

• Track industry trends and news to support executive planning

• Occasionally assist with personal tasks to ensure seamless operations

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (entertainment/media preferred)

Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Polished communicator – both written and verbal

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (and bonus if you’re familiar with production tools)

Knowledge of film/TV production terms and entertainment industry culture is a big plus

Calm, collected, and flexible under pressure

Discreet, professional, and proactive
