Executive Assistant - Mat contract - Immediate interview and start! £60-65K.

My client can't wait to meet their next hire! We are looking for an outstanding EA who ideally comes from a private equity background or sharp end financial services and is used to supporting a busy team of investment professionals. Based five days onsite, working 9-6 you must be able to interview immediately and start asap and commit for this 13 month mat leave in a boutique sharp end finance house based in the West End.

Duties include:

Supporting 10-12 team members of varying levels of seniority in the London office. General administrative duties as follows:

• Calendar administration and coordinating meetings/interviews across multiple time zones.
• Complex travel management (domestic & international) and telephone coverage.
• Expense reporting for team.
• Inbox cover for EA teammates when necessary.
• Liaising with external vendors and business contacts.
• Coordination of various office events.
• Handling sensitive documents such as legal documents, invoices, presentations etc.
• Management of multiple signatures for various documents.
