I am working with an exciting and growing property and financial product business who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Based full time in Malaysia (no remote working available).

Responsibilities
  • Calendar management for executives.
  • Flight and travel itinerary booking and management.
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings.
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
  • Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives.
Qualifications
  • Highly organised and flexible in your approach to work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
