Be the driving force behind our Executive Team. QA Higher Education (QAHE) is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Finance Officer and wider C-Suite Team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, offering the opportunity to work closely with our Executive Leaders across multiple functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You’ll be the central hub for all things coordination, communication, and executive support. Acting as a trusted partner to the CFO and other Executive Leaders, you’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure seamless communication across the business.
