The position is a 14-months fixed term contract to replace a maternity cover, from July 2025 to September 2026.The position will be located in Accor UK head-offices in London, UK.

You will be in charge of supporting our General Counsel Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems (based in London) as well as our Chief Development Officer Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems (based in France) in their daily work to organize their work, agenda, meetings, reports and presentations and related administrative tasks. The General Counsel and Chief Development Officer are both members of the Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems Executive Committee.

Here are the main missions you will be performing:

  • Agenda management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Preparation of reports and presentations
  • Organization of team meetings
  • Organization of internal and external events
  • Follow-up of administrative files (e.g. invoices)
  • Follow-up of important deadlines and advance preparation.
  • Define and anticipate needs
  • Manage administrative databases when needed

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

  • At least 8 years' professional experience as an assistant (legal assistant qualification is a plus).
  • Fluent in English, ideally French
  • Working knowledge of Office 365, especially presentations
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
