Job description

A leading global Private Equity Firm is looking for a polished, credible and experienced Executive Assistant to support a Partner and team within Investor Relations.

This is a 12 month contract, a very important position to step into and deliver in, operating directly with clients and investors.

Are you looking for a varied EA role with scope for involvement? This role will give you responsibility for the management of the day to day travel and diary logistics, with wider support to include CRM management and assisting with event and investor meeting arrangements.

With demanding schedules to manage, you will be someone who thrives on the challenge of ensuring an entirely smooth running business life for the MDs. You will enjoy operating in complex and global roles, embracing challenges and will take pride in delivering results.

Duties include: complex diary management over time zones, maintaining ever-changing schedules, arranging meetings, scheduling constant and changing international travel, ensuring smooth transfers and detailed itineraries.

You will also assist with events logistics and planning, arranging conference attendance, and planning investor days. It is essential you are a confident communicator, accustomed to liaising on your Partner's behalf in a knowledgeable and mature manner.

Experience required:

Experience of supporting as an Executive Assistant within Financial Services/Investment sector firms. You should have solid Assistant experience with minimal moves and changes in your career history. Investor Relations or Client Servicing experience is essential.

You will ideally be A level/degree educated with a desire for knowledge and being well informed.

You should have a professional and calm demeanour, be very well organised and have a proactive approach. Understanding the demands you team work towards is essential to providing that high level of support.

You should be able to operate in a fast paced, demanding role with positivity.

A polished presentation and communication style is essential.
