Executive Assistant – Investment Banking

Temp to Perm
£55,000 - £65,000


I have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated EA to join a busy Healthcare team within a dynamic and growing Investment bank, located in Mayfair within beautiful offices. There you will be working within a collaborative environment, providing support to a busy team of MD’s and reports. The successful EA will be based in the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home. This is an incredibly busy role, so the EA must have proven experience and thrive in a fast-paced team, have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships, working with a curious and solution orientated approach. Previous experience working within investment banking is desired!


What you’ll do:
  1. Manage complex schedules for internal and external meetings
  2. Extensive diary and inbox management
  3. Organise extensive multi-stop international travel
  4. Form collaborative relationships with team members as the first point of contact
  5. Assist in organising investor conferences
  6. Prepare documentation for meetings and follow-up actions
  7. Maintain CRM system with contacts and activity
  8. Help with organising conferences and client events
  9. Process expenses

What you’ll need:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role within investment banking is desired
  2. A curious nature with a strong desire to learn
  3. Be able to form effective and professional relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues
  4. Be collaborative to contribute to the growth of the business
  5. Attention to detail and impeccable organisation skills
  6. Experience supporting globally
