Hours: 9am – 5pm, 5 days in office
Location: West End

Your Role:

• Seamless diary management – coordinating meetings, lunches, and reminders
• High-volume travel arrangements – ensuring smooth itineraries
• Efficient inbox and call management – handling communications with discretion
• Processing expenses – keeping things running smoothly
• General administrative support – printing, binding, photocopying, arranging couriers

What We’re Looking For:

• Investment Banking EA experience (IBD department preferred)
• Proactive, forward-thinking, and highly organised
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Calm under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong MS Office skills and high attention to detail
• A true team player with the ability to prioritise and multitas
