Executive Assistant

Location: Fareham

Salary: £35,526 - £37,692 (full-time)

Hours per week : Monday - Friday with flexible office hours

The organisation supports UK and international law enforcement by processing criminal records for the purposes of public protection, safeguarding and worldwide community safety.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join them as an Executive Assistant working for the senior leadership team, within a national policing unit.

You will provide a range of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and Head of ACRO and will be the main focal point for professional enquirers.

Flexible working requests will be considered for this vacancy. Working hours can be discussed at interview.

Skills and Qualifications

* Educated to QCF level 2 OR work experience deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.

* Experience of line management or the delegation and monitoring of work.

* Experience of working with Senior Managers.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of personnel.

* A high level of computer skills with excellent working knowledge of computer applications specifically Microsoft Office applications & Outlook.
