Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to family members and senior executives.
  • Manage complex diaries, schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle correspondence, document preparation, and follow-up communications.
  • Liaise with trustees, donors, partner organisations, and service providers.
  • Assist with event coordination, including board meetings and charitable functions
  • Maintain meticulous records, filing systems and database entries.
