A leading company seeks a proactive Executive Assistant in Manchester to support personal and professional needs with a hybrid work model. This diverse role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days in the office Tuesday/Thursday, Fallowfield)
Salary: £30,000 per year
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly, both professionally and personally. This is a varied role for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves, stay on top of the details, and manage a mix of tasks with flexibility and good judgement.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
* First Point of Contact - Be the first port of call for all personal and professional matters—helping filter, organise, and respond as needed.
* Travel & Accommodation - Arrange hotel bookings and travel logistics, ensuring everything is booked, confirmed, and stress-free.
* Personal Payments - Manage day to day personal admin, including payments and receipts, and assist with occasional errands.
* Property Oversight - Look after the property, including coordinating cleaners, gardeners, repairs, and general servicing.
* Insurance Management - Keep on top of home and car insurance policies, ensuring everything is up to date and renewed on time.
* Vehicle Oversight - Handle MOTs, services, and general upkeep for cars. Liaise with drivers and manage any leasing or maintenance arrangements.
* Day to Day Organisation - Keep everything running smoothly, manage diaries, track tasks, set reminders, and make sure personal business is under control.
* Flexible Support - Be available when needed, this could include ad-hoc out of hours support, especially around travel times.
About You:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Trustworthy and discreet — you’ll be handling personal and sensitive matters
* Confident working independently and taking initiative
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adjusting priorities
* Previous experience in an EA or PA role is a big plus.
Working Hours & Location:
* Hybrid working—2 days per week in the office (Fallowfield, Manchester), the rest remote
* Flexibility is key—some days may require availability outside typical hours depending on travel or business needs
* Some travel will be required, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
