Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

• Manage complex diaries, organize high profile meetings and handle travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
• Act as the primary point of contact for the principle and family members, managing correspondence and communications with stakeholders
• Prepare and edit high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Manage expenses, budgets, and financial administrative tasks
• Organize both corporate and personal events,
• Handling all private family and personal matters
• Liaising with domestic household staff
• Ad-hoc project management

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Candidates must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level
• Ideally worked for either a family office, boutique finance or an UHNWI
• Solid experience that demonstrates loyalty to an individual or team
• Very proactive and ability to find what needs to be done. Also, the ability to complete tasks in a short time frame with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial
• Proficiency in MS Office suite is required

• Experience in managing both professional and personal affairs for executives is highly essential
