Board Executive Assistant (inc. CEO). £50,000-£60,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits

City based, fast paced and varied role offering 1 day WFH (with flexibility required)

Global energy intelligence sector, Board level role

This global energy intelligence provider is keen to hire an agile, robust, and highly organised Executive Assistant with proven C-Suite / board experience. This role will be highly organisational and focused on the provision of support to their CEO and wider board. You must therefore have experience of supporting multiple board members, rather than in a 1:1 capacity.

Ambassadorial, visible and with global liaison (internal and external), they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who takes pride in planning, time management, prioritisation, and communication. Looking for an individual with initiative and commercial acumen, this is a business-focused role (with minimal private support for CEO).

Responsible for providing high-level global diary and meeting management, scheduling across time zones, international travel schedules, visas, and expenses, board meeting organisation and preparation, you will be at the heart of the business in this highly visible role.

You must be able to work in a high performing, fast paced and ever-changing organisational role and be comfortable working in both a proactive and reactive way. Previous experience of planning, organising, and delivering regular board meetings is essential, as is experience supporting multiple board members.

With some out of hours work required on occasion, you will be working within a motivated and passionate team who are leaders within their field.
