Flexible hybrid working pattern arrangement from home and base, the office base is Fife House, Glenrothes, Fife.
In your role as Executive Assistant, you will manage the organisation and management of work within the Director of Health and Social Care, to enable them to meet Ministerial, national and local objectives. This post will provide a very high level of confidential Executive Assistant support and act as the initial point of contact to the respective Director in all aspects of work-related matters.
The role contributes to the overall work of the Executive Directors’ team within NHS Fife, working collaboratively with members of the wider senior management team and their administrative support staff as required.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relations with colleagues. You will have a proactive approach, prioritising workloads to meet conflicting demands with particular attention to detail.
