Job description

High-growth W-end based Hedge Fund has a fantastic role for an EA/Office Manager to join on a 1 year FTC basis.

A great opportunity for someone who enjoys to be busy and is looking for the next step in their career. The role will be supporting a Principal and the wider team and then covering the office management function although it is in a managed building.

Set in really beautiful offices with a dynamic and collaborative environment the role will entail:

  • Support a team with travel arrangements and diary management across different time zones
  • Handle last-minute travel changes and adjustments promptly and efficiently
  • Assist with organising company events, meetings and catering arrangements
  • Process expenses in a timely manner
  • Collate the office expenses monthly
  • New starter onboarding
  • Assisting with any IT issues and liaising with our IT service provider
  • Day to day organisation of the office; liaising with service providers etc
  • Ensure the office is up to date with office regulations and H&S breaches
  • Work closely with the administration team to ensure seamless coordination of office operations and support
  • Covering reception duties as and when required
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Ensure office is kept tidy and presentable
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience as an office manager, Team assistant, receptionist or office support role in an asset management or busy financial services environment is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
