Executive Assistant Opportunity

An outstanding long-term opportunity has arisen for an experienced, top-rate Executive Assistant to join a successful and dynamic US-backed Investment firm in their expanding London office (W1). This role supports an emerging Partner and two Associates.

You will ensure the smooth running of their day, demonstrating efficiency and flexibility, with a proactive approach. There is vast potential for long-term growth as the company expands. You will collaborate with other EAs in London and globally, supporting your core team and a Team Assistant/Office Manager, with more roles to follow.

This hands-on role involves welcoming people, managing extensive diaries across multiple time zones, organizing meetings, coordinating international travel (flights, accommodations, visas, connections), handling personal administration, supporting events, conducting research, engaging stakeholders, and providing project support. It is ideal for someone passionate about being an EA and ready to support wherever needed.

Candidate Profile
  • Extensive experience as an EA, preferably within private equity, venture capital, investment, or similar industries (a must).
  • Graduate calibre, confident communicator, immaculately presented.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail, multitasking, and a solutions-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated commitment to previous employers is preferred.
