Executive Assistant – Global Executive Search Firm


Location:Victoria, London (Hybrid)

We are delighted to be representing a prestigious global executive search firm in their search for a confident and highly capable Executive Assistant to join their London office, based in Victoria.

This is an outstanding opportunity to support one or two senior Consultants in all aspects of client and candidate management, search execution, and business operations. The role requires a high level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism, as you will play a key role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Extensive diary and schedule management across multiple time zones
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing expenses
  • Preparing high-quality documentation under tight deadlines
  • Maintaining the internal CRM/database with precision and attention to detail

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An experienced Executive Assistant, ideally with a background in executive search or professional services
  • Degree-educated or equivalent
  • Confident, highly organised, and delivery-focused
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a positive outlook
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional client-service skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong typing skills
  • Comfortable using internal systems as project management and archiving tools
