Executive Assistant – Insurance Industry

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a prestigious organization in the insurance sector. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at building strong relationships, managing complex schedules, and ensuring seamless operations at an executive level.

As the right-hand support to the CEO, you’ll oversee extensive diary, inbox, and travel management across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business priorities. You will also coordinate board meetings, compile board packs, follow up on action points, and liaise with key stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to maintain smooth communication.

Duties include:

  1. Organising client events
  2. Handling budgets
  3. Overseeing compliance
  4. Ensuring seamless execution of business projects
  5. Managing monthly expense submissions, reporting, and reconciliation

Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and possess experience with company secretarial duties. Ideally, you will have exposure in insurance or financial services industries. A background in managing C-Suite level, strategic business initiatives, and executive-level coordination will be highly advantageous.
