Aon in London is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the leader of our Property, Casualty and Crisis Management business within the Global Broking Centre. Aon has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our renowned Global Broking Centre in London.
The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner who provides comprehensive administrative, operational and strategic support to the leader of our Property, Casualty and Crisis Management business unit. This role combines excellent traditional executive support with a highly proactive, forward-thinking approach that creates capacity for the leader and enables them to focus on strategic business priorities.
The successful candidate will anticipate the needs of the leaders they support, manage competing priorities, identify and resolve issues before they arise, and use technology and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve productivity, information flow and ways of working. They will operate with discretion, sound judgement and confidence in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
This is a Hybrid role which will involve part office/home-based working (minimum 2 days expected in the office). We’re happy to talk flexible working.
