12 Month Maternity Contract

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Investor Relations team, and several members of a sales team. To start ASAP, this is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a crucial part in enabling key business functions through high-level diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and internal event planning.

The Role

The focus of this role will be to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive, with light touch to wider team across European offices

  • Manage complex international travel, coordinating with wider EA teams
  • Extensive calendar management, scheduling meetings, proactively managing conflicts
  • Interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Attend meetings to understand business priorities and ensure seamless scheduling
  • Take initiative on tasks, whether that’s organising lunches, tidying rooms, or stepping in to help colleagues
  • Work closely with the wider EA team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and cover when needed
Qualifications

The successful EA should have a strong sense of initiative and drive, a willingness to make things happen and can navigate grey areas with good judgement. Previous experience in private equity, asset management, or investment banking, is key, as is being comfortable with high pace and ambiguity. The ideal candidate should be emotionally intelligent and approachable, someone who quickly builds trust with colleagues and clients.
