Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Leadership team will work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role requires impeccable organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You will act as a force multiplier, enabling the leadership team to work more efficiently and effectively across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
Prepare and organise materials for leadership meetings and company-wide presentations. Co-ordinate and distribute materials for client meetings.
Track and follow up on key action items, ensuring the leadership team is informed and on schedule.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Handle confidential information with discretion
Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders including clients and Board members
Support company-wide communications and internal initiatives as needed.
Assist with project coordination and special initiatives.
Manage expense reports and other administrative documentation.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech/startup environment.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and collaboration tools (including but not limited to Slack).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
