Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the Leadership team will work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role requires impeccable organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You will act as a force multiplier, enabling the leadership team to work more efficiently and effectively across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.

  • Prepare and organise materials for leadership meetings and company-wide presentations. Co-ordinate and distribute materials for client meetings.

  • Track and follow up on key action items, ensuring the leadership team is informed and on schedule.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders including clients and Board members

  • Support company-wide communications and internal initiatives as needed.

  • Assist with project coordination and special initiatives.

  • Manage expense reports and other administrative documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech/startup environment.

  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and collaboration tools (including but not limited to Slack).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
